Looking for roommate to share a 2-bed, 2-bath apartment starting August 1st. It’s $900 a month flat, which completely covers your half of the rent, all utilities, high-speed WiFi, pest control, and parking. You get your own private bedroom and bathroom in a great location just 15 minutes from base and close to downtown with plenty to do nearby. The apartment has an in-unit fireplace, washer dryer, and a storage unit, plus full access to the complex pool, gym, and community center. House rules and hard nos: I don’t smoke weed, I’m not a heavy drinker, and I absolutely do not allow male overnight guests, so those are strict dealbreakers. I’m 30, work in the school system, and am looking for a roommate for at most 6 to 8 months starting August 1st. I am very laid back, stay to myself, and love a clean home. In my free time, I like to read, go to sports games, and hang out with friends. You should definitely not be allergic to cats and be kid-friendly as well 🙂
