It’s a super chill 4-bed, 2-bath spot that we’re really excited to turn into a home. The location is seriously unbeatable—we’re just a 10-minute walk from the Roosevelt Link light rail station, making it super easy to zip around the city. Inside, the layout is great: we’ve got cozy carpet in the bedrooms and tile in the kitchen and hallways. As for us, we’re a mix of professionals. I’m 22, recently graduated in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, and my two roommates (26 and 30) work in software engineering and IT. Since we’re all moving into this place together, we’re looking for clean, responsible people who want to be more than just strangers living in the same apartment. We want to actually enjoy the space together, though we definitely respect privacy and downtime. We are also very liberal-leaning and have zero tolerance for hate or discrimination.
