The home A quiet, easygoing home in South Oxnard. You’d share the kitchen with one respectful housemate, and the day-to-day vibe is calm and low-key: common areas kept tidy, everyone gives each other space. No on-site parking, though I may be able to work out driveway parking for a small additional fee.

The area Just minutes to the beach and the Hueneme pier, and close to Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC). Easy commute to Camarillo, CSU Channel Islands, and NBVC.

Looking for A working person with a steady income history, or a student. Someone clean, considerate, and easy to communicate with, for a month-to-month stay. No smoking inside the house, and no pets. This is an owner-occupied apartment, so it’d be just the two of us. I’m a physical therapy assistant student, so I’m out a fair amount during the day and pretty focused when I’m home. I keep things clean and quiet, respect privacy, and I’m easy to reach if anything comes up.
