Located in a nice quiet neighborhood at the northern edge of Cocoa/Port Saint John, down the street from a church less than 10 miles to several grocery stores, gyms, parks, reatraunts. Only 30 miles from the air port. Rooms come furnished I will install a tv or a projector at your preference, you will have free parking, and access to highspeed internet and washer and dryer.

I have 2 cats and 2 dogs. The cats are in and out of the house so you don’t need to worry if they run out, The dogs are extremely friendly just big 80 and 60 pounds. I’ve been in the navy for 7 years and just have an empty house so im looking for respectful roommates preferably college students or people in cocoa for contract work. Prefer roommates who are staying at least 4 months.
