About the room
The room I want to rent is a decent size. It has a AC in the room. We would share the restroom as the house only has one and other common areas (kitchen and living room).. The area is pretty decent and calm. I would like to rent the room on a monthly basis.
About the roomies
I am retired. I am a author and artist. I like my house to be peaceful and quiet. I don’t really have parties or people over. I am very reserved. I have a dog ( German shepherd) for security and a cat. They both reside inside the house. I am in and out of my house working part-time jobs. but mostly are home 90% of the time.
