Hi! I have a great 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Verdi, NV :). It is an unfurnished room w/ a closet + bathroom! I also have in unit laundry (my favorite part lol). The apartment is 25 minutes out of Truckee and 10 - 15 minutes out of Reno proper. It overlooks the Truckee river and is such a beautiful area! It is also new from 2024 so all the appliances are new + its smart home equipped as well. There is a pool, clubhouse, gym, package room, and even private offices onsite!

About the roomies

I am a nurse and working on my masters degree! I moved to Verdi / Reno area to be closer to Tahoe because I rock climb :). I like to keep my space really clean and tidy. Outside of work / school I am either at the gym, yoga, or climbing. I will have a glass of wine on occasion but I am not much of a partier and I do not smoke. I do have two dogs - Topo and Coco! They are sweet but when I am not home I don’t mind keeping them in my room so you can have your space ( they like pets lol). Overall I am quiet and just like to climb and work and chill vibes!
