The bedroom is 10x11 1/2. You will have access to kitchen, laundry, You will be required to keep any shared spaces clean. We have a washer/dryer that you will be able to use. You will have your own sink and space in cabinets. We are within walking distance to stores, restaurants and close to hiking trails. We are close to hiking trails from Chino Hills State Park. We are a mature responsible couple offering a private room and a shared bathroom. We take pride in maintaining a clean, peaceful and respectful living environment. Our household includes 3 friendly medium size dogs, so applicants must be comfortable living with us, our 3 dogs and our current roomie. Due to space and compatibility considerations, we are not able to accent additional pets or children.
