Devid breker's room
About the room
Use the second room however works for you — home office, studio, guest room, reading room. The private bathroom alone is pretty rare at this price point in Brooklyn.
We’re on the top floor of a pre-war building with an elevator, which means great light, nice views, and no upstairs neighbors. Super lives on site.
The apartment The common spaces are warm and intentional — we redesigned the living room a few years ago and take pride in it. The kitchen is big by NYC standards with a gas range, dishwasher, and good cabinet space. We have a housekeeper who comes every month or two to deep clean the common areas and bathrooms, so no chore charts, no arguments about whose turn it is.
About the roomies
The vibe here is co-living for people who have full lives outside the apartment but genuinely enjoy coming home. Independent but warm. Guests are welcome; we just ask that extended stays get a heads up in advance. No pets. No smoking..
