Gorgeous 4 bedroom house with plenty of common area, including 3 living rooms and 2 full bathrooms. Very convenient location in Manzanita neighborhood within 5 min drive to downtown and hospitals. Rooms will be furnished (photos show unfurnished currently). Owners (married couple) live in the bottom half of the house.
