Available now - The room available is more than just a room, it’s the whole 3rd floor. Which includes a living room all to yourself, a huge master bedroom with enough space for a sitting or working area, attached private bathroom, and a large walk in closet.

The 2nd floor is mostly shared spaces, the kitchen, dining, sitting area, and a screened in porch where you can hear the babbling creek in the backyard. The basement has access to the garage, laundry room, and back yard.

The house is 2,300sqf, has access to a private pool and pickleball/tennis courts. 2min to the Blue Ridge Parkway and 8min to downtown. Two car garage.

The house is furnished, but the bedroom is unfurnished. There is a king bed and dresser in the photo, but neither of those are there anymore. Dogs under 30lbs and cats are allowed. Must be LGBTQ friendly.

I, your roommate, spend most of my time in the basement office, whether for work or for leisure, both of which take up most of a typical day. My room and its attached bathroom are on the second floor, and I tend to keep to myself. Besides of how frequently I talk my cat, Nailah, I’m quiet - no loud music or anything like that. Outside of when I’m playing D&D or singing along to some Disney or something, I think you could be forgiven for forgetting I exist haha.
