About the room
Station 42 is an off campus student housing in a great area, and out of all the campuses, this one has the largest square footage with the lowest price, and it overall looks the nicest. The price is discounted currently from $942 to $842 so it’s a huge deal! Some amenities include a nice heated pool with a hot tub, a hammock garden, a gym, Starbucks coffee bar, and study rooms. I took a tour of this complex as well as a bunch of other student housings and this one was easily the best one. It is right across the street from Publix and a 2 min walk to the USF campus.
About the roomies
Hiii posting again to say I’m signing a lease today at Station 42 and I’m looking for usf roommates to fill the 4x4 room with me! It is just me so far in the 4x4 so if you have any friends who would match the vibe as well let me know! I am looking for other USF students to fill the room with me :)
A little about my myself:
🔵-Hiii im Angela, I’m 23 years old, I’m a Taurus and INFP, and I’d describe myself as caring, fun, sweet, laid back, spontaneous, funny and 100% drama free (and hoping to find roomies with that same vibe)
🟢-I also love travelingggg & nature
🔵-Animal-free pls (im allergic to cats and sometimes my allergies act up around dogs as well)
🟢-Although I’m more laid back, I really enjoy going out clubbing & bar hopping and hosting/attending parties. I enjoy new experiences and love having a fun time. I’m always the introverted person who goes along with anything and genuinely enjoys it hehe. (And of course I value quiet nights in to recharge). I also would loveee Movie nights and game nights 🙂
🔵-I LOVE music and concerts , my whole life basically. My fav genres are pop, indie, indie rock, edm, hyperpop. My favorite artists are The Band Camino, Olivia o brien, Lany, ARIZONA, Illenium, Justin Bieber, Julia Michaels, Kygo & Big Time Rush lol. So if u ever wanna go on a late night drive and blast music and scream along to lyrics just lmk☝️✨🌌
🟢-I value a safe, accepting environment where everyone can be themselves and if there’s any problems I expect clear communication so we can solve them and make up
🔵-Pet peeve: people who are judgemental & try and make others feel dumb
🟢-I’m an aspiring singer/songwriter
🔵-I’m a film major and I’m wanting to create more short films / music videos this year
🟢-my favorite comfort shows are spongebob, icarly, victorious, new girl, the office. My favorite movies are call me by your name, companion, Mamma Mia, me before you & tangled. My fav genres are usually romcoms/thrillers/psychologicals/musicals
🔵-I can cook a littleeee but I’m learning more
🟢-I’d like to have guests over occasionally for the day but they will mostly just chill in my room , and I’m also okay with others having guests over as well.
