There is also a lg privacy fenced in yard that tenant will have access to. New full size washer and dryer. Lg kitchen with garbage disposal, dishwasher, ice maker, microwave, stove top, oven, kerig coffee maker, espresso machine and refrigerator/freezer. Dining room, living room with gas fireplace, old fashioned charming bar room with hidden cabinets(place was built in the 1940’s). Another fireplace in the bar room. Aesthetic only, not functioning. All utilities are included (wifi too) The room for rent is a good size with a large closet and a window that brings lots of light in. It currently has an antique black rod iron bed and good mattress in it. Along with a side table, table lamp, cabinet and hanging wall mirror. Bedroom will have a lock and key door for your privacy and security.

Background and credit checks a must. Proof of employment from job. At least 2 solid references. Preferably from your present or previous landlord if possible. No family or friend references please.;)

Deposit is $2,000. This is refundable as long as the room looks the way it did when you moved in when you move out. Option to extend lease after 6 mths if everyone’s happy.😊

I like to keep the place clean and organized and would like a roommate who cleans up after themselves (you’re free to use anything in my kitchen cooking wise).

I’m looking for a non smoker. One roommate only with no pets.

I have a cat who is sweet and shy with people but doesn’t love other animals so much.
