This is a three story home, the basement is rented out STR, the middle floor is where the first master is which is my room, connected to kitchen, and living room with the laundry room with dual stacked washer and dryers. The top floor has 3 bedrooms with an office. I plan to only rent out the master bedroom with it’s own bathroom ensuite. The top floor will be pretty private unless I am working on things in the office or utilizing the gym upstairs in one of the other bedrooms. The house in a cul de sac and there can be availability for garage space as well to park your vehicle.

I am a 31 y/o male, Asian American, who has the friendliest 70 lb bernedoodle named Pivot. I STR the basement downstairs.
