This is for a single room for rent. Has its own outside door entrance in the back of the house so you can come and go as you please without bothering anyone. The picture is just an idea of how big the room is but it will be cleared out by the time anyone is ready to move in. It’s a 15’x15’ room. Because I have a little girl I’m only willing to rent to females only, no exceptions, no couples! No animals and no smoking inside. You will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom. I ask that you get your own mini fridge just so there’s no issues over who’s is who’s. Perfect for a college student or traveling nurse. Utilities, washer and dryer are included. There is no closet but it does come with a dresser and desk. Good hygiene is a must and I will be taking a look every so often to make sure there’s no left over dishes with mold or bugs. You should understand what I’m getting at. There are burglar bars on all windows and doors and you will have your own key to the back door. NO OVER NIGHT COMPANY!!! So if you want to visit with anyone then please go to them! Their are some exceptions. There will be a five year old living here so that’s the reason for that. And again, this is for one person only! If you’re not home then no one else should be left here by themselves. Please be respectful of my stuff and privacy and the same will be done to you. I’m very easy to get along with. Must have a job or in school and your own transportation. I keep up with the lawn care.

I’m a single father that works from home so I’m here most of the time. I’m very easy to get along with and very down to earth. I try to keep a clean house even with one child and a small dog.
