The room is about 175 sq. ft. plus closet space and includes a queen bed, TV, mirror, dresser, and nightstand. A vintage armoire is available if desired. Private hall bathroom includes a tub/shower.

The home includes guaranteed garage parking in an enclosed 2-car garage, washer/dryer, shared kitchen and common areas, small fenced backyard, shared pantry/fridge space, garage storage, and internet. EV charging hookup is available, with electricity billed based on use.

Shared utilities typically run $150-$250/month depending on usage. Internet is included. Pets considered case-by-case.

The home is non-smoking, no vaping, drug-free, and alcohol-free. Final applicant will be subject to credit, background, and income verification. Application fee is whatever the third-party screening provider charges.

Only two people live in the house. The third bedroom is used as a home office.
