One bedroom and own bathroom Alhambra, CA 91801 I live in a two bedroom two bath apartment, and have one room with a private bathroom that’s available July 1st. Includes gated garage parking. Shared laundry room in complex. There is also a pool. Kitchen and living room is filled with my furniture and you’re more than welcome to use. Utilities will be split evenly, they’re about $100-$130 per person per month. Looking for a chill, quiet, and clean person. Only one person, must be a woman, and no pets.
