About the roomies
I’m a 69 year old retired male who’s very private, clean, and very quiet! I’m educated with a degree in fashion and business, and have owned 3 businesses, and I have 24 years of experience in the field of recovery for men and women. So I have a professional background of living with others. I’ve been renting my room with success, for over a decade in the Arcadia area providing affordable housing to people in need. I’ve also rented for 8 months here on the West side in the Metro Center area which has been very, very difficult. This is a Lgbtq-friendly, and a family community. It’s prohibited by law for me to rent to anyone who has a history that threatens the safety of tenants or a history of property damage. I follow the ARLTA and all Federal state and local laws, to the letter. Please report any suspicion of unlawful imprisonment, especially for single senior citizen, it is getting rampant!
