Hello, I am looking to sublease a spare bedroom in a townhouse rental available 8/2/2026. $1200/month with $1000 security deposit. The townhouse is in a gated community, 3 levels so you must be comfortable with stairs, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths with washer/dryer. Located just minutes from the Branch Avenue Metro station, Route 5, I-495, and Suitland Parkway, the home provides easy access to shopping, dining, and major commuter routes. My ideal roomie would be a female close to my age, a working professional, clean, responsible, respectful-drama free, a non smoker, and someone who is not big on always having company. I am open to a 1 year lease but ok starting with a 3 month lease to ensure we are a good fit compatibility wise. Unfortunately I am unable to accept pets at this time. To top it off the Branch Ave metro rail is a short walk and bus bay J & G . Washington National Airport is as near as 30 minutes. Joint Base at Andrews is also a short drive away.

I am a federal employee who enjoys her peace for the most part I am an introvert. I love music, trails, good food spots and relaxing spa days. I live alone and don’t have much company. I don’t have any pets at the moment. I am also a non smoker.
