Quiet street in a safe neighborhood in Lenox. 2 minutes from Meijer, 10 from downtown New Baltimore. Near 94 with quick access to Chesterfield and Clinton Township. The room is large with a walk in closet. You would also have your own living room space and your own large bathroom with a jacuzzi, shower and two sinks. Walk in closet. You would share the kitchen and laundry room with me. All utilities are included along with high speed wifi. No cable. You would need to bring your own furniture, but I have a large computer desk you can have if you’d like it.

House rules: No smoking or vaping inside or around the property. No illegal drugs or weapons brought into the home. Quiet hours from 12pm - 9am.
Guests are allowed if you consult with me in advance and they stay for no more than 2 consecutive days a week.
Pets - we have space for maybe one more cat. Or a small dog. No large dogs or other animals. Any pets would need shot records and medical history before moving in. They must get along with my cats.
Responsible to keep clean and tidy your bathroom, bedroom and living room. Shared cleaning duties for the kitchen and laundry room. Rooms are not furnished. My things are currently in them but would all be moved to the other end of the home.

I am the owner of the home. I am a social worker with my own therapy practice in the community. I work quite a bit, and am gone many weekends to visit my partner. I am quiet, respectful and expect the same from a roommate. In addition to me, you will be rooming with my two cats Spooky and Storm. They are friendly and low maintenance. There are two foster kitties here atm too, but they are being rehomed and no more will be brought in.
