About the room
I’m building a house right behind Waukesha Skateland it’s still in construction. I’m hoping it will be done within a week or two. I have two rooms for rent. One is fully furnished. The other one is not. The whole house is brand new brand new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, paint doors, patio, garage, driveway. All the TVs include Roku, Netflix, HBO, Cinemax and a lot of other premium apps included in the rent.
About the roomies
Right now it’s just me and my 10-year-old daughter. I’m a 44-year-old woman. I’m very laid-back and chill. There is an extra living room since all my furniture is in the family room. If you would like to bring a couch or a TV. I do have another lady who is interested in one of the rooms. She’s a younger lady but she’s gone a lot. Only looking for woman roomates because my daughter so young
