Room can be furnished or unfurnished. I’d prefer to keep my guest bedroom free but if needed I don’t have to. I’m pretty chill, I just ask that you clean up after yourself & help around the house. I have three golden retrievers. I’m not against another dog but it’s just a lot & I’d be very specific on how your dog acted with mine. Don’t care about smoking or weed just do it outside 😌
