Room and shared space for rent. Amazing area in Barrington close to the beach. Big parking lot. Laundry in unit. There is a third room that is shared for office or storing space. I do not use it, my roommate used as office. Wonderful and attentive landlord who takes care of the property and amazing neighbors. All amenities and appliances updated and new within last 2 years. Dishwasher, garbage disposal, Mini Split in living area, AC comes in room. Not much storage but VERY large basement for storing. Only downside is very small bathroom, and it will be shared. Rent is 2,225 with nothing included. (yeah, I know) We pay ALL utilities including water and oil in the winter. I get assistance for oil.

Single Female, 38. I work 2 jobs in the northern part of RI so i am not home a lot. I do not use the living room or kitchen very often. I stay mostly in my room with my cats when i am home. Though they spend most of their time with me and in my room, they have full access to the home. I have a 3-legged pit-bull mix who is 8 and is still quite a handful so being patient and unphased is a must. This home is primarily for them. I am a Christian and attend church every week. You are more than welcome to join! I am kind, understanding, and laid back but I prefer to spend my time alone and looking for someone who shares the similar mindset. I do not drink but use recreational marijuna in the home. I have lived with my current roommate for 6 years and in 2 homes. He worked from home and kept to himself, and we never had any issues. He is facing health difficulties and needs to move back home unfortunately. Even though I know i could find somewhere cheaper closer to my jobs, I love this place and my landlord and would like to stay but rent is steep for just one person. Reach out for more info.
