I am looking for 1 roommate to fill the room of my current roommate, who is moving back home! The room is available starting August 1st. The apartment is located in Mar Vista, really close to Venice, Culver City, LAX, and Santa Monica. 10 minutes drive to LMU. Your total rent is $1397.50/month, and electricity and wifi are about $125. This is half of the rent and utilities. Trash and water are part of the rent payment. The apartment is very spacious with 2 beds, 1 bathroom, an open living and dining room, good size kitchen, and a cute patio. The available bedroom is pretty large and can easily fit a queen bed. The apartment is on the second floor of the two-story building, and parking is included. Laundry facilities are on site as well.

A little about me! :) I am 21 years old college student studying Graphic Design, Motion Design, and Entrepreneurship. I am clean and respectful, and ask for the same in return. I like to go out, but I also like a fun night in and keeping balance in my life! I am into all things creative, and love the beach. Recently, I’ve gotten really into pilates wellness, and I love music, concerts, travel, and exploring new places with friends!
