Located centrally in Columbus, minutes from Ohio State, Short North, Downtown and major interstates and freeways. The 2nd floor room is private and has the best natural lighting in the entire house. My home has a full kitchen, full back yard, furnished front porch, and upstairs laundry as well. There is also a full basement if you need to store some items there as well.

I am the only other person that lives on the property. I also have a cat named Moon who will definitely be curious about you and is used to having access to the space. However, if you’d like to keep a cat free space, simply closing the door will keep her out. I work remotely two days a week, but am in the office Tues-Thurs.
