It’s in a convenient area with easy access to downtown Salem, parks, trails, grocery stores, and the highway if you commute. The home is pretty calm and low-key. It is not a party house, but it also does not feel overly strict. I would like it to feel like a relaxed place to come home to after work — somewhere clean, respectful, and easy to live in.

Hey! In an Engineer so I usually have a pretty steady routine and I’m often up early during the week. Outside of work, I’m into hiking, backpacking, camping, and being outdoors whenever I can with my boyfriend. I also train Brazilian jiu-jitsu and powerlift, so the gym is a regular part of my week. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish, easygoing, and pretty respectful of people’s space. I like keeping the house clean, but I’m not trying to make it feel like a museum. I think a good roommate situation is where people can communicate easily, keep shared spaces tidy, and respect each other’s routines. I’m looking for someone responsible, considerate, and relaxed. Someone who pays bills on time, cleans up after themselves, and is comfortable with a balance of being friendly but also having their own space. I’m cool with sharing a meal, chatting, or hanging out sometimes, but I also value a peaceful home and personal time.
