About the room

Situated between The Mission, Hayes Valley, SOMA, and Civic Center, The Brady has easy access to many vibrant San Francisco communities. Located on Market Street right next to the Van Ness Muni and bus stops, access to the city’s transit lines means access to every part of the city.

The facilities here are well maintained: gym on the property, in-unit laundry, easy access to trash and recycling, and plenty of common space for community activities. The room available for rent is the master bedroom of the unit, which includes an adjoined private bathroom and walk-in closet. My former roommate’s queen bed and work desk are for sale.

About the roomies

I’m a middle school engineering and robotics teacher. I like to keep busy during afternoons and evenings playing volleyball, attending concerts and shows, exploring the city, and doing just about anything exciting! I like to keep common spaces clean and value open communication with roommates. I enjoy hosting friends for board game nights and other small get togethers. I also practice guitar and voice regularly, and like to perform at open mic events.
