Hi all, I haven’t yet applied for this space, I’m waiting to find an amazing roommate to apply with. It’s been on market off & on since February.

It’s a 4 bedrooms 3.5 bath townhome in a gated community in Inglewood with pool, jacuzzi, bbq grill, community room & small gym.

You’d have the primary suite that has a separate bath and shower, along with a large walk in closet, and one parking spot in the garage.

I’m a single mom to two kiddos ages 18 and 9. I have my 9 year old every other week. My oldest will be attending college in the fall and works a ton!

We are a very mellow, quiet family.
