The apartment is located in a great area in Hell’s Kitchen! There are a lot of really nice restaurants, local spots, and bars around on both 9th and 10th avenues to explore. The building is located between 9th and 10th avenues (closer to 10th) on a nice tree-lined street, so it is pretty quiet. It is also less than a 10 minute walk from the ACE at Times Square - 42nd st and the CE at 50th st so both subway stations are very easily accessible. It is also not far at all from the Hudson River if you like to run or bike along Hudson river park. The apartment itself is a 3-bed 1-bath apartment located on the 1st floor of the building, but on the back side, so it is really quiet and there is no street noise whatsoever. Everyone in the building seems really accomodating of noise, as my current roommates and I play music loudly on the weekends sometimes when we host pregames and we have had no noise complaints, so that is VERY helpful too. Both of my current roommates are moving out as their life circumstances are changing, so there are 2 rooms open. If you are interested you can move in just by yourself or with another friend! One of the rooms is smaller than the other, but both are big enough for a queen sized bed and other furnishings. One of the bedrooms will already be furnished, so that may be a great help! If you’d like to bring your own stuff, then we can have that happen, too. There is a washer/dryer in unit, a dishwasher in unit, and washers and dryers downstairs in the basement as well!

My name is David and I am looking for two new roommates to complete my 3 bedroom apartment! I am 25 years old and I am both a high school lacrosse coach and full-time pickleball instructor. If you and a friend want to move in together, or just you, and I will find another roommate, I’m looking for people that won’t just be roommates but also potential friends. A few things about me and my living habits/style/preferences:

1. I love to watch sports so if you like to watch sports too that is a definite plus because I will be watching in the common room a lot.
2. I like to party and go out with my friends sometimes and so will sometimes be having friends over on the weekends for smaller pregames where we will play drinking games and listen to music, but mostly this will be at other peoples’ apartments.
3. I am a straight white man, but am happy to have anyone as a roommate as long as you are ok with that! Would prefer to have male roommates, though.
4. I like to keep the common spaces like the kitchen, living room, and bathroom relatively clean but do not need it to be spotless and/or deep cleaned all the time, just not super dirty or messy.
5. Usually I work later in the afternoon/evening for my main job, but also work early in the morning a couple of days a week so cant have a lot of noise super late into the night during the week all the time, but when I go out with my friends on the weekends I tend to get back pretty late.
