Hi everyone! We’re looking for two girls to take over our room and lease for the 2026-2027 school year.

You would be sharing the unit with super friendly housemates who mostly do their own thing. It is in a great location across the street from the Safeway and Planet Fitness on Pole Line Rd. Lots of parks nearby and the freeway is right down the street. There are also two bus stops nearby. The room is huge and has two closets so there will be plenty of space. About the roomies
You’ll be living with two respectful and easygoing roommates. One has a bedroom upstairs, while the other has one downstairs, so everyone has their own space. They’re both generally quiet, keep to themselves, and aren’t the type to have parties or people over. Since they’re students, they also spend a good amount of time back home, so the apartment is often peaceful during the weekends or even weekdays.
They’re both friendly, respectful, and are hoping to find two women to move into the available master bedroom together.
Since we are no longer students here at Davis my partner and I are moving out to begin the next chapter of our lives.
