About the room
Come live in a new neighborhood and new-build house conveniently located right off highway 45, close to Conroe/Woodlands and equally close to Sam Houston State University! Your room is brand new, nobody has ever stayed in there before. Just bought a new mattress/box spring for a real wood furniture set! You’ll share a bathroom with one other female who is gone 7 AM to 7 PM M-F, she is a dedicated full time daycare teacher, very friendly and quiet. I bought the house May 2025, it’s also a corner lot which means bigger back yard and more privacy! It’s very quiet and comfortable here. Come see it for yourself! Looking forward to sharing my home with one more female! 🙂
About the roomies
I work a hybrid job, so some days I work from home, my desk is in my master bedroom, so I won’t disturb anyone. I also have a small, senior dog, she is very shy and will just stay with me where I go or stay in my room when I’m gone. The other roommate is Marie, a daycare teacher, very friendly. We both enjoy our peace and quiet here but also occasionally will watch movies together or go to church together. The other bedroom will not be rented out, so it will always be just three of us, and always females only. I want it to be a happy and comfortable place for all of us!
