Washer and dryer in basement. Shared living room and kitchen. Rent includes electric, heat, water, wifi, garbage pickup and several subscriptions (Amazon, Paramount, HBO, Netflix, Peacock). Off street parking. Lawn mowed twice a month by outside contractor. House has Cove Home Security.

Im a professional 45 yr old single male that works weekends and is home most weekdays. Pretty low key. Prefer to visit family and friends.
