Hi! I’m Helene, im a 23 year old working professional looking for a roommate for my double in a 2 bed 1.5 bath townhouse in Goleta for a 1 year lease.
The available room is the very large master bedroom with two closets and direct access to the shared bathroom. The room is a double, you’d be sharing it with me.
The townhouse includes two pools, hot tub, gym, BBQ areas, laundry on site, and ample parking. Great location, walking distance from shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, nightlife and an 8 minute drive from UCSB!
Rent for the double would be $1250. Utilities come out to about $70 and security deposit is $834. Move in July 1st!
