I am actually willing to give 2 rooms so that you can have more space that is just yours in the home (first 2 photos are one room, other 2 are the other. Across the hall from each other). I am okay with painting or putting (planned) holes in the walls. It is right across from East Campus. I am the landlord so you wont have to worry about mowing, shoveling, or yard work. Bowling alley, bar and burger pub right down the street. Washer/dryer

Just me and my cat, Penelope. I am a clean and quiet person. I dont drink and generally do not have guests over. I generally am playing video games, watching something or waiting for college football season.

I am a laid back person that is pretty accepting of any lifestyle, but since this is my home I expect to be a little picky (and I figure you probably will be too)
