My roommate and I are students at Western Michigan University, so this house is located near the school. It is a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom house. There is parking available, a laundry unit included, dishwasher included, and a backyard. The house comes unfurnished. Something unique about this house is that each bedroom has its own sink and vanity. I think this makes up for the fact that it is only 1-bathroom. There is a nice, spacious living area and kitchen/dining room. The house is two stories, but the room available is located on the first floor.
