About the room

Large, furnished solo room in an apartment right next to UC Irvine. Comes with a queen bed + new mattress, desk, nightstand, and dresser drawers. Picture of room is old. Apartment is totally functional, just not the newest. Central location for anything in Irvine.

About the roomies

Apartment is shared with two UCI graduates and occasionally a small dog. Both are very reasonable flatmates, one is rarely present while the other is finishing summer school. The dog lives in the master bedroom. I am also a grad, just moving back down to San Diego and hoping to get someone a good deal for a couple months of housing.
