2nd floor apartment with balcony, and your room will have direct access. Bathroom with shower/bath in the hallway that will also be yours. Kitchen, spacious living room (currently sparsely furnished), laundry available in separate building, pool access (both indoor and outdoor), and fitness center. Located right by the mailboxes. Gated entry and exit.

Utilities and internet are additional $, to be split evenly, unless you just want your own internet (whatever you do, I need to make sure that I am still able to work from home). Deposit will be required and verification/approval through the Main Office/Leaseholder (they will decide the amount of deposit). Any pets will need to be approved by them as well and there will be a Pet Deposit too. (FYI, I did all of this to move in, myself.)

I am 30+ and work from home mostly, also act and model and write and do art, I spend a lot of my time on my hammock on the lanai/balcony. I prefer to keep AC not very low to save $ and usually keep it around 75 or so. I have a senior dog, a black lab named Zerli/Zerlina, and she will bark sometimes but is very sweet and just lays down and follows me around. Open to cats but not open to another dog. Just said Dog OK because I have one myself and wanted to make sure you are aware. I have a medical card and am ok with you also, but only outside. I try to keep to myself most of the time and listen to podcasts while I work, and come out of my shell sometimes but don’t want to be expected to interact all the time–we can be cordial with one another, and if a friendship develops, even better, but no expectations. Also, NO PEOPLE STAYING OVERNIGHT WITHOUT NOTIFYING/GETTING AN OK FROM THE OTHER PERSON FIRST AND NO LONGER THAN 2-3 DAYS and NO SEX WHILE I’M WORKING FROM HOME (I can’t believe I have to even say this, but ya, I do.)
