Hi!! I’m looking to fill 1 spot in my 3 bed house in Huntington Beach since both of my roommates are relocating for school/work.
There is 1 room available for $1325 with a shared bathroom. The house has in-unit laundry, garage storage, driveway, and ample free street parking. We’re located near Beach/Yorktown in a super convenient area close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. It is about a mile from the beach.
AVAILABLE NOW! Need someone to start lease July 1st , but room is available now. Room is unfurnished. Utilities are split between roommates and about $50 pp per month.
Looking for a girl in their 20s who is clean, respectful, and easygoing! No pets.The house vibe is pretty relaxed during the week but still social/friendly.
