Hey everyone! I’m looking for a clean, respectful, and professional roommate (25+) to share a massive 1,450 sq ft luxury 2-bed, 2-bath apartment in Marina del Rey. This is hands-down the best layout on the Westside for sharing. It’s a "Dual Master" floor plan, meaning the two identical bedrooms are on completely opposite sides of the living room. You get total privacy, your own massive en-suite bathroom with a hotel-style deep soaking tub, and a huge walk-in closet.

Your Space & The Apartment:

The private room can come fully furnished (brand-new memory foam queen bed, a premium sectional lounge couch with built-in USB charging, and a motorized sit-stand desk for remote work) or entirely unfurnished if you have your own setup. Both of us can work remotely and be on Zoom calls all day without ever bothering the other. You’ll also have full access to the shared chef’s kitchen, dining table, and a spacious living room with a premium surround-sound system for movie nights.

The Building & Perks:

Located in a secure, modern complex right on Lincoln Blvd. Rent includes full access to a heated resort pool/jacuzzi, an updated state-of-the-art gym, indoor gated tandem parking (1 space for 2 cars is yours), and secure parcel lockers for deliveries. About the roomies

I’m a 40+ tech marketing executive (MBA grad, bilingual English/French) who has been in CA for 20 years. I live a very active, healthy lifestyle—usually out on my road bike up to Malibu, training at Gold’s Gym, doing hot yoga, or skiing in the winter. I treat this apartment as a clean, organized, and sacred space to unwind from the fast-paced startup world. I meditate daily, keep an open mind, and value mutual respect. I love hosting friends for a BBQ or drinks by the jacuzzi on weekends!
