It comes completely furnished. It’s a shared living area and kitchen. You’ll have 2 other roommates. The lease starts on August 1st but move in is August 16th. It has an in unit washer and dryer. It has a pool, grill, basketball court, gym, etc. Parking is included. I need someone to take this lease by the beginning of July.

I’m not sure who the roommates are because I do not live here yet. I’m trying to get rid of my lease and give it to someone else.
