There are currently 2 roommates living here, along with a dog and a cat. We’re a queer-friendly household and are looking for respectful, animal-friendly people who are a good fit for shared living. One room is downstairs and offers a little more privacy from the rest of the house. The other two rooms are upstairs and right next to each other, making them a great option for a couple, close friends, or someone who wants extra space for an office or hobbies. Total rent for the house is $1,977.50/month plus utilities. Depending on occupancy, rent is typically around $395–$495 per person. Utilities are shared between housemates. Additional pets may be possible, but would need approval from current roommates. No cigarette smoking inside the house. Vaping and cannabis are okay. To be added to the lease, you’ll need proof of income and be able to pass a background check.
