Room for Rent - Rocky River, OH (Available Late July / Early August)

I’m currently purchasing a 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath, 911 sq. ft. condo in Rocky River and am looking for a respectful, clean roommate. The expected move-in date is late July or early August, depending on the final closing date.

No smoking inside the condo
Month-to-month or long-term lease available whichever works best for both of us

About the roomies

I’m a 30-year-old civil engineering surveyor with my degree from the University of Florida. I travel frequently for work, so I’m often away during the week, but I’m usually (though not always) around on weekends. I’m easygoing, enjoy the gym, watching sports, and I play guitar. I also have an electronic drum set that I rarely use, and since it’s electronic, it’s very quiet. My elderly father may stop by to visit occasionally on the weekends. He loves doing chores so he’s rarely in the way.
