About the room
The property is a new build, in a brand new community. Surrounded by neighbors who are quiet and very friendly. The house is beautiful inside and out. It’s out of the way from the main town but still close to the stores to make things very convenient.
About the roomies
I am a veteran who just got out of the marines this year, I don’t live on the property but I manage it very well from afar, I’m very responsive and I handle things in a very timely manner, I have a property manager on site who also handles things in a timely manner, she is very respectful, and keeps to herself and works majority of the time. I have another tenet who also keeps to himself and works all the time, is barely even home. My third and final tenants are a couple, very quiet and respectful, also keeps to themselves.
