i have a private room for rent in a gated apartment complex. it comes with its own bathroom and closet. located right next to i-5 and the trinity parkway shopping center. the utilities aren’t included in the rent because that is calculated on a day to day basis. pets require additional fee unless they are esa. please don’t hesitate to reach out!

there is one male and female roommate. they both stay to themselves and won’t interact with you freely. one of them currently resides in the living room but there will be dividers in place to differentiate between their space and the rest of the home. this is a good fit for someone who needs an affordable place to rent, likes to keep to themself and can handle sharing a home with strangers.
