I am looking for two roommates at this very new and lightly furnished house (just me and my dog Latte living here). There is a nice pool, it makes summers far more enjoyable and helps beat the Arizona heat.

Ideally seeking secondary students or professional women aged 25-35, but open to the right fit regardless of gender. It would be great if we all got along and became friends, but please don’t feel pressured. We are very laid back, respectful, and a clean household.

If you were previously living by yourself and have furniture you’d like to keep there is ample space. You’re welcome to come see the space and what may be available for your belongings. Rooms can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your needs. I’m flexible and happy to work with your situation.

The neighborhood is quiet but convenient, and the home is a comfortable space you’ll genuinely enjoy living in. I’m laid back and looking for reliable and fun roommates who are considerate of shared spaces (please be someone who refills the Brita after using it).

Latte is a 3-year-old Australian Shepherd. He is a very good boy and will love you forever.

Shared double sink bathroom, if you move in first and we don’t find another roommate you will have your own bathroom until then.

I am a 31 year old woman, I work in service so I will be gone 10 am - 6 pm about 4 days a week. Usually I am not home on the weekends. I like to workout, hang out with friends, go out and eat, and usually maintain a pretty healthy lifestyle.
