Massive master bedroom with 2 walk-in closets, en-suite bathroom with couple’s tub and shower., chest of drawers, 55“ TV (not shown), nightstand, queen-sized bed. Plenty of room to add a desk or other items. Lots of storage. Cathedral ceilings with fan. Washer and dryer on same floor.

Very safe, quiet and diverse neighborhood. On the outside, it looks like a townhouse, but it is really a 2-story condo. The first floor has a fully-stocked kitchen with own shelf space and pantry, guest bathroom, 2 sitting areas and a small balcony. Street parking. Bus stop in front.

All utilities included with high-speed internet and Paramount +. Bedrooms have locks on them.

I am a teacher and the other roommate is a researcher. We chat when we run into each other in the common areas but lead independent lives. Very, very calm and quiet environment built on mutual respect and good communication. We clean behind ourselves and share the entire house and general cleaning responsibilities.
