I’m looking for responsible, organized and chill roommates that will not only pay their rent but maintaining their environment and bedrooms to a clean standard.

Small bedroom + living room! I am looking into making a wall so it can be more private. From there, it will be your choice how you want to set up the room. The living room will be completely unfurnished, bedroom has a wooden made closet to hang and store your items.

Preferably people between 20s and and early 30s No smoking No pets No overly loud music, but music is allowed No parties Can bring people over We can further discuss habits that you do/have to do in your day to day when we meet to talk specifics

The price includes utilities(Wi-Fi, electricity, gas, water, kitchen trash bags). The kitchen and bathroom will be shared among all roommates in the apartment. I will make sure to split the areas of the fridge properly to avoid any confusion if that’s necessary.

Buses and trains: Bx9, Bx12, Bx41, Bx22, Bx15, Bx17; Metro-North, D/B, 4 trains, and further away 2/5 trains by taking the Bx12. If you are a college student attending Fordham University, the school is 5-minutes away.

I’m 25 years old, I currently work in social work so my schedule is flexible throughout the week as I also able to work from home. The apartment is currently occupied by my family members but they will later on move and I will stay with the apartment.
