• Primary bathroom • Washer and dryer • Beautiful backyard with seating areas to relax and enjoy nature • Homegrown fruits and vegetables from the garden • Dedicated street parking

Utilities, Wi-Fi, washer, and dryer are all included in the monthly rent.

• Works full-time outside the home • Is clean, organized, and respectful • Keeps their room, bathroom, and shared spaces tidy • Appreciates a quiet, stable living environment • Is Gay friendly • Is looking for a longer-term living situation rather than a temporary place to stay

Single occupancy only. Frequent visitors and overnight guests are not permitted.

Rent: $1,100/month

Last months rent: $1,100

First and last month’s rent due upon move in.
