About the room
Renting out a basement with private entrance. The space is roughly 1,500 square feet. Flexible with renting. You can rent the whole basement or rent a room if you’re okay with someone else living in the other room. It has 2 bedrooms, study room, full size kitchen, bathroom with a shower and a big open area for dining and living room. Big back yard with parking available. Washer and dryer are in the basement and those are shared with me. Whole house water softener and reverse osmosis system feeds the refrigerator downstairs for good drinking water. Near McLean and Spring Rd in South Elgin.

I live alone upstairs. I am a rather quiet person so don’t need to worry about noise.
