The rent I have listed is negotiable. I think it is a fair rate given the amenities, but I would be open to a conversation if you feel it is too high. Photos are from the previous tenant and are a few years old. I can send updated photos if necessary.

The upstairs has 2 master bedroom sized rooms, each with its own full bathroom and plenty of closet/storage space. Downstairs has another bedroom that I use for an office, another full bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a few more closets.

There’s a small backyard and a detached garage that you can park in if your car isn’t oversized. Location is a plus, located 2 minutes from the freeway. 5 minutes to downtown, 12 minutes to Eagle Road, 18 minutes to Micron, and 20 minutes to Nampa. There’s a park in the neighborhood and an elementary school with a track that people walk their dogs around in the evenings. If you like being on/around the greenbelt, there is a bike path that connects to it about a mile from the house.

I’ve already been living here for a few years, so no security deposit is required. The property managers are fairly hands-off as long as the yard maintenance is kept up and rent is paid on time. Great internet speed. Utilities average about $150/mo (not included in the rent value). Pretty quiet street, and the neighbors keep to themselves and are friendly. I’m a 27yo male, I’ve lived here for 3 years with different tenants each year. Started off with 2 friends, then one moved out while the other got married, and his wife moved in for a year. This past year, I’ve been living with a nurse who works at St. Luke’s in Meridian. She is getting married soon and will be moving out at the end of July.

I am a homebody and will keep to myself for the most part. I work in sales and have a WFH job, and will occasionally travel for work/fun.

No judgment on who you have over or how you live as long as you can clean up after yourself, pay bills on time, and we can have mutual respect for each other and each other’s stuff. The living room, kitchen, and downstairs bathroom are furnished, but if you have furniture that would fit better in the house, I am fine with switching out some of my stuff for yours. I’ve got a few streaming subscriptions you can use on the downstairs TV as well (HBO, Netflix, Amazon).

Full transparency, I am just looking for someone who can help split the bills with me. If we turn out to be friends, that is great, but I am perfectly okay with just a living arrangement as well. I like to think I am level-headed and easy to get along with. Not looking for someone with constant drama around them.
