About the room
I have a room for rent in my home in highly desirable Rancho Del Lago in Vail. It’s a really nice, safe, and quiet area with Rincon Mountain views, and it has easy access to I-10 with an easy drive into Tucson, especially if you work on the east side.
You’d have your own bathroom right next to the room, and rent is $740 a month including utilities, WiFi, and a portable AC in the room. If needed, the room can also be semi furnished with a full-size bed.

About the roomies
It’s just me in the house, so there wouldn’t be any other roommates. I work a lot, so I’m gone quite a bit and the house stays pretty quiet overall. I also have a 13 year old senior dog who is super lazy and mostly sleeps all day.
I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and easy to live with, and ideally looking for a long-term place to stay. Mainly just someone who cleans up after themselves and is pretty low key at home.
